Description
This is my part of an art-trade with Shley I was supposed to paint her OC *Dagonet* (awesome name, isn't it?).
What Shley told me about the character I was supposed to draw???
- Longish, brown hair in a short ponytail, in the front loose strands.
- Blue eyes.
- Brooding type, pretty plain, no tattoos or scars.
- Thin but toned.
- Coat, shirtless, sword (Optional)
Of course shirtless!!!
Yeah.... This picture was not.... really planned, it happened, bit by bit. I had a sketch and changed almost everything during the making... His left arm went through several changes, as did his face. The buckles on his pants and coat just popped into my mind... as did the blue decorations... I hope you like those, I definetely do!
Otherwise I tried to keep the thin guy toned, plain, pensive and brooding, yet not boring. I like his eyes, do you???
The backdrop was interesting too... I used a photo I shot at a breathtaking rock-formation in Germany, called *Externsteine*. There is a sort of holy place or *church* chisled out of the living rock and that is, where I put the guy. I added some clouds in the window, light, shadows and *millions* of filters, layers, lights etc....
This painting and the character belong to Shley alone!
THIS IS WHAT I GOT IN RETURN: [link] Isn't that awesome???
