Cronachan Portrait

This is a portrait of my favourite character Cronachan. I did that a while ago with technical pencil, technical inkpen and mostly coloured pencils. To create the soft look and the colour of the hair and the meafar (tattoo done with acid) I enhanced it with acrylics.
Original size about 12 cm x 15 cm.

The tattoo on his shoulder is the sign of his house, house Fanai. Since he is a HELMORUI and NO DROW, his sclera is black, his eyes cobalt blue.
The border shows four meafar alltogether, which are on Cronachan's body too. He wears *hidden silence* (border top left) and *quick hunter* (border top right) on his right thigh, *house Fanai* (border bottom left) ond his left shoulder and *playmate* (border bottom right) on his lower belly, right above his crotch.
Cronachan earned the first two meafar due to his talents. The one on his belly was given to him by a sagart, a high priestess, during love-making. He was not willing but you don't refuse a priestess...
