I am sloooow

This piece I started on my old computer and finished it on the new one. That was not that easy... a new operating system, a german version of Photoshop instead of english... and neither all the brush settings nor the patterns and whatnot are the same, not to speak of the monitor settings... Still I am very happy with the outcome, though it was more of a challenge, than I imagined.

Well... another picture of Cronachan, surprise, surprise... I Just LOVE my elf. Here he looks so innocent and relaxed... He would never admit it, but he LOVES this creature here. It is Dochas, a sort of small simian/cat hybrid with wings. She is very cat-like in her behaviour and chose to stay with the curious elf. He never calls her his pet though, for Cronachan does not OWN her. When he thinks nobody is looking, he loves to pet the small creature though. So in his sleep... he even cuddles Dochas.

And for the title... Some people would call Cronachan a monster, because he is, what he is... a darkelf. He fights relentless and has no issues with killing his foes... even brutally at times. He is not a nice or friendly person at all. But being what he is is enough for most to call him a monster...

Photoshop CS6 and a Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch tablet, my new computer and looots of time.
I tried to add many  different textures and for once none of Cronachan's Meafar are to be seen. The pose is done after looking for SEVERAL sleeping poses...
